MEnD Consulting was engaged by Warrington Property to inspect the external elements of the building envelope for the property at 45 Francis Street, Northbridge WA 6003.

The inspection included a close visual inspection at representative locations and testing of the precast reinforced concrete façade panels. The close visual inspection was conducted at street level, from the awnings at level 1, roof level, and via rope access at fourteen drops around the building.
Based on the inspection and testing, MEnD prepared a budgeted maintenance plan for the next decade including priority, routine, and long term works.
