MEnD engineers conducted several investigations including NDT scanning and confirmation of structural slab detains, waterproofing details and condition assessment, general dilapidation and remedial scoping for façade glazing, and aluminium spandrel panels.

MEnD coordinated with the building management to complete the noisy and invasive works out of hours to minimise the disruption to building tenants. MEnD engineers worked closely with the structural engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver the required information for the tender package.
