The scope of work completed included a baseline structural asset condition survey for the site based on a general visual inspection. Based on the survey a report was prepared discussing the typical defects identified on site as well as the expected durability risks. This data was then used to provide the client with recommendations for routine, preventative and priority maintenance works.

The high level survey was completed in conjunction with RCR staff over three days. The data from the survey will allow maintenance planners onsite to prioritise works based on the risk the specific defects present to the safety, integrity and operations.
