MEnD was engaged by QGC to conduct a condition assessment and subsidence survey at the Kenya P02 Processing Plant as part of their ongoing site management works. MEnD, working with local surveyors FYFE, completed a comprehensive base line survey of the foundations.

The survey was completed while the site was operating, requiring the use of intrinsically safe equipment compliance with the QGC hot works permitting system. The survey was completed ahead of schedule and on budget, allowing the team to demobilise and save the client money. The data from this survey will be used to benchmark all future surveys during the life of the plant.
